Supporting your birth journey with compassionate doula care across MA, RI, and CT
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here
Hi, I’m Jenna, a birth doula serving families in Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, and Rhode Island. I’m here to support you through one of your most sacred and transformational times of your life: welcoming your baby. My role is to guide, comfort, and empower you- no matter what your birth plan looks like. Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit for your journey.
Birth is safe
Whether birth is new for you, or you are hoping for a different experience this time around- it can be and will be beautiful. Like your favorite sweet song.
Too many times we hear traumatic “this happened to my friend of a friend” birth stories. Instead, we should be building up families and mothers preparing them for the transformative journey ahead.
Let me help you fill your heart and mind with educational tools, positivity, hope, and power in the choices you have ahead.
Knowledge is power. I’m here to help you take your birth in your hands, and give you reassuring love along the way. Birth is safe.
“Remember this, for it is as true as true gets: Your body is not a lemon. You are not a machine. The Creator is not a careless mechanic. Human female bodies have the same potential to give birth well as aardvarks, lions, rhinoceri, elephants, moose, and water buffalo. Even if it has not been your habit throughout your life so far, I recommend that you learn to think positively about your body.
